Established in 1951 and recently rebranded as Assure Properties in 2009,
with our office located in Ara Damansara, Mr Prasad Pillai, the principal
since 1973 has decades of experience in the real estate industry.
He played a leading role in establishing the Malaysian Institute of Real Estate
(MIEA) and has also served on the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents Malaysia.
Following the rebranding and streamlining of the agency’s operation, the company is currently
being managed by two very experienced General Managers under the leadership of Mr. Pillai.
The agency currently has 20 trained real estate negotiators under two separate divisions to handle
the sale and lease of both residential and commercial properties. |

Residential Division
The Residential Division is headed by Mr. Onesimus Kam, who has over 15 years of experience in handling numerous
corporate clients in sourcing for suitable residential homes for their employees. Previously attached with a large
established real estate agency, Mr Kam has trained and managed a large number of very successful negotiators.
Our Residential Division is responsible for the sale and lease of all types of residential properties.
We have ready stock of apartments, condominiums, bungalows and semi detached of various budgets and sizes in
prestigious locations such as KLCC, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Damansara Heights, Hartamas, Petaling Jaya, Saujana and
Tropicana to name a few. |

Commercial Division
Mr C L Kon is the General Manager of the Commercial Division. He was a Senior Manager with a large construction company
overseeing multi million projects locally and abroad for over 12 years. Mr Kon also has over 7 years of experience in handling
both large and small commercial properties such as office blocks, office space, shops, retail space, factories and land.
The Commercial Division is responsible for both the sale and lease of commercial properties for our clients.
We have office spaces readily available at many prestigious location around KLCC, Bangsar, Damansara, Petaling Jaya,
Subang, Puchong to name a few.
Some of the office blocks include Menara UOA Bangsar, Plaza Sentral, KLCC, UOA Damansara,
IOI Boulevard and Peremba Square at Saujana.
