Real-time Status Updates - View the most up to date information available regarding the status of your application.

Communications – Questions about your application? Use the “Send Message” button in your portal to talk directly to ²»Á¼Ñо¿ËùAdmissions. All messages sent by you, and responses from Admissions, are available for review at any time in the Messages section.

Document Management – Up to date access regarding your admission documents, including:

• Required documents like transcripts, Proof of English Language proficiency, and portfolios.
• Notifications on missing documents and/or requirements.
• Access to view previously uploaded documents.
• Ability to download Letter of Acceptance (LOA) or Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL)

The main page of the application portal will display your name, the 6-digit application number, the 7-digit ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëùstudent ID number, as well as your personal information and other application details. You will be able to check the status of your application, upload documents, correspond directly with admissions staff and more. See ' Navigating NBCC's Application Portal (pdf)' for further details.

The ‘Completed on’ date will be the same as the application date when the application is first submitted. If the application is missing required information (including official documents) ²»Á¼Ñо¿ËùAdmissions changes the ‘Completed on’ date to the date when all required information and documents are received. This final ‘Completed on’ date becomes your official application date.

A Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) will automatically be requested for you when you have met the requirements. For full details on PAL requirements and the PAL application process see the ‘Important Information’ section in the Updated International Application Process.

Log in to your account and click ‘Add application’. You will be charged the applicable application fee. As stated in NBCC’s (pdf), you may apply for a maximum of 2 programs in any academic year.

If you only applied to one program, you can click ‘Add second choice program’ to apply at no additional cost. As stated in NBCC’s (pdf), you may apply for a maximum of 2 programs in any academic year.
