As part of your studies, you will be participating in clinicals/ practicums with various hosts who require that students registered in programs, where they may be working with children and/or vulnerable adults, have a Criminal Record Check (including the Vulnerable Sector). This must be completed prior to the start of classes (Note: Medical Laboratory Technology program: Please obtain your criminal record check (including venerable sector check) no sooner than January of your second year in the program.)

Pharmacy Technician students: The New Brunswick College of Pharmacists requires an up-to-date (less than 6 months old) criminal record check before a student can participate in the practicum. The first practicum occurs in the spring of year one.
