Our program is community-based, easily accessible, and guided by a team of healthcare students, all under the supervision of experienced Registered Clinicians. This unique opportunity combines expert-led care with the enthusiasm of students eager to support you on your journey to better lung health.
Through education, personalized exercise plans, and ongoing support, you'll gain the tools and skills to manage your condition and enhance your daily functioning. Best of all, our program is completely free of charge!
