Healthcare students at ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëùwill be required to meet the requirements of host agencies in order to be able to advance into their clinical practicum courses. Failure to complete the requirements before the start of the scheduled clinical practicum courses will result in the student's inability to attend the clinical/practicum placement and could impact eligibility for the required courses or industry facility visits needed to complete their program

Students applying for healthcare programs at ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëùare strongly encouraged to begin the process of acquiring the documentation for host agencies before the start of their program. All students should submit their requisite forms on or before the start of classes.

Any costs to acquire the information has been calculated into program costing and shared with funding agencies.
